Program Description

The Master of Business Administration in Management provides core business skills while training you in the FranklinCovey® principles of leadership. Learn how to build your company’s success through better teamwork by maximizing the contributions of each employee. Based on the FranklinCovey principles of leadership, this program provides core business skills as well as intensive training in proven processes and practices that develop a collaborative leadership style. The concentration courses are based on Steven Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People as well as the FranklinCovey Great Leaders, Great Teams, and Great Results leadership principles. As a graduate of the MBA in Management, you will become a leader who can deliver superior results within each level of your organization.
