We offer support for campus systems and technologies for teaching and learning. Support is available and easily accessible for faculty via phone or email.

Service Desk

For assistance with general computer or technology issues the Service Desk can assist you.

Faculty can call the Faculty Critical Support (FCS) line at extension 2313, or 409.880.2313 for assistance with high priority technology problems. Calls to the FCS line will be routed to the top of the queue, and answered ahead of other calls to the Service Desk. The caller may still have to hold, but the wait for the next available agent should be shorter. This service is limited to Lamar University faculty. It is intended to allow faculty to quickly report time sensitive incidents such as issues with end of semester grading.

Password Assistance

If you cannot log into Blackboard or LU Email, Password Self Service allows you to reset your LEA password or unlock your LEA account.
